All flight tickets booked via this Website are governed by the individual conditions of carriage and terms of service of each operating airline, including (but not limited to) cancellation rules, refund policies, and passenger responsibilities.
Jettaayu acts only as an intermediary to facilitate the booking of flight tickets. The passenger’s contract of carriage is directly with the airline.
Airlines may, at their discretion, alter schedules, routes, or cancel flights with or without prior notice. Jettaayu bears no responsibility for losses resulting from such changes, and users acknowledge that airline decisions are beyond Jettaayu's control.
Each ticket — even those on the same airline — may have unique fare restrictions, inclusions, and pricing specific to the selected fare class. Please review all fare conditions before booking.
Baggage entitlements are set by the operating airline. Certain fares may exclude checked baggage and only include hand baggage. Any purchases for additional baggage allowances are governed by airline terms and must often be arranged directly with the airline. Users are encouraged to check with their airline for complete baggage rules and fees.

Certain flights may be operated through agreements called "code shares," meaning the flight is sold by one airline but operated by a partner airline under a different code. The actual operating airline will be displayed during booking as "operated by."
If booking a code share flight, you will be informed at the time of booking and before payment is completed.
Jettaayu will communicate code share details only when provided by the airline. Users are responsible for checking such notices.

The amount displayed at payment generally includes base fare, statutory taxes, and a convenience fee. Full payment is required to confirm bookings. Jettaayu reserves the right to cancel unpaid bookings. Passengers are responsible for all surcharges and fees applicable on their day of travel.
To qualify for infant fares, the child must be under 24 months for the entire journey (including return). If the child is 24 months or older during the return trip, a separate child fare booking is required. All infants/children must be accompanied by an adult and per airline rules.

Passengers are responsible for obtaining and carrying all mandatory and valid travel documents (identity proof, passport, visa, transit visa, etc.) for their trip. Jettaayu is not liable for inability to travel related to incomplete documentation.
Any advisory information Jettaayu provides on documentation is general and cannot be relied upon as conclusive. Passengers must confirm all requirements with the airline and any relevant authorities of transit/arrival countries.

Check-in timelines are established by individual airlines and generally begin 2 hours before domestic departures and 3 hours before international flights. Users must confirm check-in times with their airline.
All passengers, including infants, are required to carry government-recognized identification and age/nationality proofs as per regulatory and airline requirements.

Failure to complete any segment of a booked itinerary (such as missing the outbound flight) may result in automatic cancellation of the entire booking/PNR by the airline, as per the airline's rules. Jettaayu does not control this policy and is not obligated to rebook or provide alternative arrangements. Any penalties or loss arising from such situations are as per the airline's conditions.

Any changes, modifications, or alterations to existing bookings are subject to the applicable airline’s charges, as well as a service fee from Jettaayu if processed through us.
Change/cancellation penalties and eligibility vary between airlines and may depend on fare class and specific ticket terms.

Refunds are processed as per the refund and cancellation policies of the respective airline. Jettaayu Air Private Limited will process refunds only after receiving the same from the airline. Please note that the convenience fee charged at booking is non-refundable.
If a booking is cancelled directly with the airline, you must also notify Jettaayu Air Private Limited for refund processing. Refunds are issued after deducting the Jettaayu service fee if applicable, which is separate from the convenience fee.
Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment (e.g., to the same card or bank account used for booking).
For partially used tickets cancelled mid-journey, any upfront discounts or promo code benefits will be adjusted against the refundable amount.
Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 15 business days. Delays may occur based on payment method or banking timelines.
